Valid member: A member with total deposits of at least 1,000,000 VND and valid total wagers of at least 3,000,000 VND in the month.

• An Agent has a net profit of 500 million.
- Case 1: After evaluating the 2 criteria for win/loss and valid members, the Agent reaches Milestone 1 and receives 100% of 500 million.
→ Agent's actual net profit = 500 million.
- Case 2: After evaluating the 2 criteria for win/loss and valid members, the Agent reaches Milestone 2 and receives 90% of 500 million.
→ Agent's actual net profit = 500 x 90% = 450 million.
- Case 3: After evaluating the 2 criteria, the Agent's win/loss qualifies for Milestone 2, but the valid member count only qualifies for Milestone 3 → The Agent's actual commission rate is 80% (the lower milestone applies).
→ Agent's actual net profit = 500 x 80% = 400 million.
In addition to net profit, each month when an Agent recruits enough valid members they will receive a member development bonus as shown in the table below:

Commission will be paid by IBET88 between approximately the 1st and 10th of each month. The minimum commission threshold is 100,000 VND. Any amount below this will be accumulated and carried over to the following month.
Agents must have:
• At least 3 valid active members in the month.
• Each valid member must have: total deposits of at least 1,000,000 VND and valid total wagers of at least 3,000,000 VND in the month.
• If the number of valid members falls below 3, the Agent will not receive commission for that month.
• No fraudulent activity.
Negative net profit occurs when players win their bets, causing the platform and the Agent to incur a loss for that month. If an Agent has negative net profit in a month, the loss will be recorded and deducted from revenue in subsequent months until the negative balance is fully offset. This means the Agent is responsible for a portion of the loss and will not receive commission until the offset is complete.
Agents may place bets on the site, but win/loss results from this account will not be counted towards the commission the Agent receives. Deliberately creating a betting account and using it as a referred member to exploit Agent commission from IBET88 is considered abuse and a violation of our program. • If the Agent's net profit for the month is negative (meaning players won), it will be deducted from the following month (the negative balance must be fully offset) before the Agent can resume receiving commission.
• Agent commission is finalised on the last day of the month and will be paid from the 1st to the 10th of each month. Funds will be credited to the Agent's account and the Agent can initiate a withdrawal to their bank account at any time.
• Agents are permitted to use domain names similar to or related to IBET88.
• Agents are permitted to use keywords similar to the IBET88 brand for advertising purposes.
• The Agent is responsible for promoting IBET88 content and brand image to maximise profit.
• The Agent is obligated to protect the interests of IBET88 and not cause losses or incur costs outside of IBET88 regulations. Any violation of the terms will result in immediate termination of the agreement.
• Agents may not register multiple Agent accounts without our consent.
• Agents may place bets on the site, but win/loss results from the Agent account will not be counted towards the commission the Agent receives. Deliberately creating a betting account and using it as a referred member to earn commission from IBET88 is considered abuse and a violation of the Agent program, and we will withhold commission payments.
• IBET88 reserves the right to refuse commission payment to an Agent if the Agent violates any terms and conditions set out in the sections above.
ACCEPTANCE AND EXCLUSION POLICY
1. When an Agent account participates in betting as a member account, it will not be eligible for member rebate promotions.
2. Agents are prohibited from interfering in the activities of their downline. Violations will result in loss of Agent status and forfeiture of commission.
